Single Active Session Rule
For security and user experience, each user account can only be active on one device at a time. When you log in from another device, your previous session is automatically terminated. This rule applies to the entire platform (web and mobile).

Account Requirements

Account Suspension and Closure
In case of violation of terms of use, we may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account. In this case:
- Unused coin balance is not refunded
- Premium subscriptions are cancelled
- All your data may be deleted
- You may be prevented from creating a new account

- Sharing feedback and suggestions
Prohibited Behaviors
- Using false information or identity
- Spam, harassment or offensive behavior
- Sharing inappropriate content
- Attempting to manipulate the system
- Attempting to steal other users' data
- Commercial advertising or marketing
- Sharing content that violates copyright
Warning
In case of prohibited behavior, your account may be immediately closed and legal proceedings may be initiated.
BibiFal Coins
- Coins can only be used within the platform
- Coins cannot be exchanged for real money
- Unused coins are lost when the account is closed
- Coin prices may change without prior notice
- Coin refunds may be made in case of technical errors
Payment Terms
- All payments are made through secure payment systems
- Your payment information is protected by encryption
- Refund requests are evaluated within 14 days
- No refunds are made after the service is used
- Full refunds are made in case of technical problems
Premium Subscription
- Subscription is automatically renewed
- Cancellation applies to the next period
- Unused time is not refunded
- Features may change without prior notice
