By using the BibiFal platform, you accept the following terms of use. These terms apply to all BibiFal services, including the website and mobile application.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be published on our website.
Single Active Session Rule
For security and user experience, each user account can only be active on one device at a time. When you log in from another device, your previous session is automatically terminated. This rule applies to the entire platform (web and mobile).
Age requirement (18+)
BibiFal is an 18+ platform. Users under 18 may not register or use Soulmate dating and messaging.
Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You can only create one account
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- You must not share your password with anyone
- You must immediately report suspicious activities
Account Suspension and Closure
In case of violation of terms of use, we may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account. In this case:
- Unused coin balance is not refunded
- Premium subscriptions are cancelled
- All your data may be deleted
- You may be prevented from creating a new account
Allowed Uses
- Use for personal and non-commercial purposes
- Benefit from fortune-telling services
- Communicate respectfully with other users
- Share feedback and suggestions
Prohibited Behaviors
- Using false information or identity
- Spam, harassment, or offensive behavior
- Sharing inappropriate content
- Attempting to manipulate the system
- Attempting to steal other users' data
- Commercial advertising or marketing
- Sharing content that violates copyright
- Any content or conduct involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including CSAM
- Grooming, sexualization of minors, or using Soulmate to contact minors
- Underage users accessing dating, matching, or messaging features
Warning
Prohibited behavior may result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
BibiFal Coins
- Coins can only be used within the platform
- Coins cannot be exchanged for real money
- Unused coins are lost when the account is closed
- Coin prices may change without notice
- Coin refunds may be issued for technical errors
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through secure systems
- Your payment information is protected by encryption
- Refund requests are reviewed within 14 days
- No refunds are issued after service use
- Full refunds are available for technical issues
Premium Subscription
- Subscription renews automatically
- Cancellation applies to the next billing period
- Unused time is not refundable
- Features may change without notice

BibiFal has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit creating, uploading, or distributing such content. We remove reported CSAM, may suspend accounts, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority as required by law. Use in-app Report/Block tools or contact our Child Safety team.

User Content
- Copyright of content you upload belongs to you
- You grant BibiFal a license to use the content
- Content that violates copyright is removed
- Inappropriate content is moderated
Service Limitations
- Services are provided "as is"
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service
- Technical problems may occur
- Maintenance work is announced in advance
